Zygari is an anonymous recruiting marketplace for the mortgage and real estate industries. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information — email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), account type, and role.
• Profile information — for talent: licensed states, primary market, experience, production/volume, and preferences; for recruiters and companies: hiring states, compensation, culture, and listing details. You choose what to include.
• Messages — the content of conversations you exchange with other users through the Service.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we retain limited billing metadata such as the last four digits of your card, subscription status, and plan.
• Support and communications — information you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, listings viewed, and actions taken in the Service.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and similar technical information collected by our hosting and delivery providers.
• Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See Section 6.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service — create and manage your account and profile, and match talent with recruiters based on licensed and hiring states.
• To enable messaging and connections between users.
• To process subscriptions, billing, and related notices.
• To send transactional email (account, security, invitations, and billing messages).
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To improve the Service and comply with legal obligations.

3. Our Anonymity Model

Zygari is designed to keep identities private. Public and free views display anonymized listings (for example, "Branch #A1B2" or "Team #C3D4") without revealing names or contact details. Identifying information such as company names and the ability to message become available based on account tier and mutual engagement. You control the information in your profile, but remember that any information you place in a profile or message may be seen by users you connect with.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With other users — as part of the marketplace, consistent with the anonymity model and your account tier (for example, revealing a company name to a paid, matched user).
• With service providers ("sub-processors") who process data on our behalf:
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (United States).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Zygari, our users, or others.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated data from our active systems, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. Certain content shared with other users (such as messages) may persist in their records except where deletion is triggered by Service features. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember essential preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Because these technologies are essential to the Service, disabling them may prevent the Service from functioning.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, use the account tools in the Service or contact us at privacy@zygari.com. You may also opt out of non-essential email using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; we will still send essential account and billing messages.

8. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. users. If you access it from outside the United States, you consent to processing your information in the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date and version above and, where appropriate, notify you or request renewed acceptance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
